I am delighted to announce AM210 – AstroMapping Advanced Predictive Techniques at Kepler College, taught by Kenan Yasin and Cindy McKean, with Carol Tebbs as guest teacher. This advanced 5-week course explores planetary returns, Solar Arcs, and introductory rectification within a geographic AstroMapping framework.

Today, all of these complex procedures are calculated in the background by simple astrology software, and what remains for us as astrologers is to interpret the lines. Even so, I believe that it is not sound to make interpretations without understanding the logic of the calculation. We are no longer obliged to deal with all the trigonometric formulas ourselves, but it is still important to have at least some idea of how the stages of the calculation proceed.

We refer to these charts as “subsidiary”, that is, supplementary charts. In the subsidiary transit approach, our aim is not to produce the transits as though they were an independent chart of the moment, but rather to observe them through the reference coordinates of the natal chart.
